5-2-1: DEFINITIONS:
For purposes of this chapter, the following words and phrases shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section:
INFECTED TREE: An elm tree infected with Dutch elm disease or an ash tree infected with the emerald ash borer.
REMOVAL COST: The total cost of the removal of an infected tree.
