At the time that a tenant files the registration form required under section 6-9-2 of this chapter, the tenant shall pay a registration fee as set forth in the Village's schedule of fees (Rosemont Code, Section 3-10-1 et seq.) to the Village. Except, no registration fee shall be paid by a nonprofit corporation or limited liability company or by a tenant who presents proof that they have been issued an exemption identification number by the Illinois Department of Revenue which indicates that personal property sold to the tenant is exempt from the Illinois retailers' occupation tax ( commonly referred to as "Illinois sales tax").
