A violation of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, shall be punishable by a fine of not less than seventy-five dollars ($500.00) nor more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) with each day a violation occurs being considered as a separate and distinct violation. In addition to any penalty found to be due, they Village may, upon a conviction reduce any incentive payment the Village owes for the property by the amount which the wages actually paid is less than the wages that are required to be paid under this section.
