A. This chapter is not intended to repeal, abrogate or impair any existing easements, covenants, or deed restrictions.
B. Where this chapter and other ordinances, easements, covenants, or deed restrictions conflict or overlap, whichever imposes the more stringent restrictions shall prevail.
C. This chapter hereby repeals ordinance 94-1-5E, “An Ordinance Regulating Development in Flood Hazard Areas”, adopted January 5, 1994, which was adopted to meet the National Flood Insurance Program regulations. This chapter is not intended to repeal the resolution which the Village passed in order to establish initial eligibility for the program.
