11-9-11: REMODELING IN CONVERSION CONDOMINIUMS:
The developer shall not undertake the remodeling for conversion of a unit in a conversion condominium while the unit is occupied by a tenant nor shall the developer create, or cause to be created, any unreasonable disruption of the common areas including, but not limited to, prohibiting or unreasonably restricting the access of tenants to such common areas. The developer, in undertaking remodeling in a conversion condominium, shall not interfere with the quiet use and enjoyment of the premises by tenants or use the remodeling as a means to harass tenants.
