Any person who violates any term or provision of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be subject to a fine of not less than two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) nor more than one thousand five hundred dollars ($1,500.00) for each offense. Each separate twenty four (24) hour period or part thereof on which a violation exists shall constitute a separate offense.
