11-8-6: NONTRANSFERABILITY OF PERMIT; CHANGE OF LOCATION:
   A.   Permits shall not be transferable.
   B.   A new permit must be obtained if the location of a balloon, banner or tent is changed, provided payment of any additional permit fee shall not be required if the written documentation submitted to the Village at the time the permit was issued will continue to be accurate after the location is changed.
