11-8-1: DEFINITIONS:
As used in this chapter, the following words and terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section:
BALLOON. Any balloon, inflatable bag or inflatable device made of nonrigid, nonporous material which has a height or width, measured at its highest or widest point, that is greater than seven and one-half feet (7.5'), or which has a circumference, measured at its largest point, that is greater than ten feet (10').
BANNER. A sign or standard made out of cloth or other nonrigid material which has a surface area on any one side greater than thirty two (32) square feet.
TENT. A collapsible structure or shelter made of fabric, such as nylon or canvas, that is stretched and sustained by poles or similar devices which is used as a shelter or to provide cover and which, when erected, covers an area greater than fifty (50) square feet.
