§ 154.129  STREET NAMES AND TRAFFIC SIGNS. 
   The subdivider shall pay for all street name signs and traffic signs and other signs, within or abutting the subdivision, as required by the Village, the design, shape, size and color to be established by the Village, and the location of which to be approved by the Village Engineer.  The subdivider or developer or owner shall install signs on each lot providing the address of that property before construction begins on any structure on that lot, so that any emergency personnel, including the Police and Fire/Rescue Departments, can read that sign from the street.
