§ 154.125  STREET AND SIDEWALK SURFACING.
   (A)   The subdivider shall construct curbs and gutters and shall surface or cause to be surfaced roadways to the widths prescribed in §§ 154.105 through 154.109.  This surfacing shall be of a character that is suitable for the expected traffic and in harmony with similar improvements in the surrounding areas. Adequate provision shall also be made for culverts, drains, and bridges.  Dedicated walkways shall be improved by the subdivider.
   (B)   The work shall be done in accordance with plans prepared by the developer and approved by the Village Engineer.  The work shall be inspected by the Village Engineer, with engineering and inspection costs to be charged to the developer.  The costs and fees under this section shall be 2.5% of the estimated costs of construction of the improvements.
