§ 154.044  SUBDIVISIONS CREATED BY SUCCESSIVE DIVISIONS.
   Whenever a parcel of land is subdivided into lots containing 1 or more acres and there are indications that the lots will eventually be subdivided into small building plats, the Board of Trustees may require that the parcel of land be divided so as to allow for the future opening of streets and the ultimate extension of adjacent streets.  Easements providing for the future opening and extension of the streets may be made a requirement of the plat.
