(A) Any person who violates any provision of this chapter for which no penalty is provided shall be subject to the terms of § 10.99.
(B) Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision of § 132.01 shall be fined not less than $5 nor more than $500 for each offense, and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
