§ 111.03  ITINERANT MERCHANTS.
   (A)   Definition. For the purpose of this section, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
      ITINERANT MERCHANT.  Any merchant engaging or intending to engage in business as a merchant in the Village for a period of time not exceeding 100 days; provided, however, that peddlers, as defined in §§ 111.15et seq., shall not be considered ITINERANT MERCHANTS.
   (B)   License.  It shall be unlawful for any person to engage as an itinerant merchant within the Village without having first secured a license provided therefor from the Village Clerk.  Every application for this license shall set forth the commodities to be sold and the place intended to be occupied or used for the business.  The license fee shall be $5 per day with a maximum paid of $100 per calendar year.
