§ 91.999  PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person who violates any provision of this chapter for which no penalty is provided shall be subject to the terms of § 10.99.
   (B)   Violations of § 91.040 through 91.047 shall be punishable by a fine of up to $10,000 per violation, and each day of violation shall be considered a separate violation.  In addition, the Village may seek injunctive relief to prohibit any violation of this subchapter.  The Chief of Police, or his or her designee, is authorized to remove or cause to be removed or disposed of in an approved manner, at the expense of the holder of a license issued under this subchapter, explosives or explosive materials stored, possessed, or used in violation of this subchapter.

   (C)   Violations of §§ 91.060 through 91.065 shall be punishable by fines in the amounts set forth in § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.

   (D)   Any person who fails to comply with the requirements of or violates any of the provisions of §§ 91.075 through 91.077 shall be guilty of a Class C misdemeanor for the first offense or a Class B misdemeanor for the second and subsequent offenses.  Further, any person or entity who violates any provision of this subchapter shall be liable for a civil penalty of not to exceed $10,000 for each violation, and an additional civil penalty of not to exceed $1,000 for each day during which violation continues.
