§ 91.075 HAZARD IDENTIFICATION SIGNS.

Subject to the threshold requirements established in § 91.076, visible hazard identification signs as specified in NFPA 704M shall be placed at all entrances to locations where hazardous materials are stored, dispensed, used, or handled in quantities as specified. Stationary tanks shall be placarded with hazard identification signs in accordance with NFPA 704.
