§ 2-1-45 ENFORCEMENT AND REMEDIES.
   A violation of this subchapter is hereby declared to be a misdemeanor and punishable as provided in this code. Civil penalties may be imposed for such violation. The power to enforce any provisions of this subchapter is expressly granted herein to the Council as well as the power to abate such violation, illegal act, conduct, business or use in or about such premises within the city.

§ 2-1-46 CONFLICT WITH OTHER LAWS.
   Any requirements of the Board which stipulate higher standards than provided elsewhere in this code shall prevail. The provisions of this code or state statute requiring higher standards than provided for in this subchapter shall prevail.

JOINT AIRPORT BOARD
§ 2-1-60 CREATION.
   The various governmental entitles of the county, which includes the Board of County Commissioners, the City Council of Polson, the City Council of Ronan and the City Council of St. Ignatius, were established pursuant to authority granted in local agreement and joint municipal airports.

§ 2-1-61 PERSONNEL OF BOARD.
   The Joint Airport Board consists of five members. Two are appointed by the county, one from Ronan, one from St. Ignatius and one from Polson. Each person shall serve a term of three years and shall receive $5 a day for each day actually spent in official meetings and shall be allowed a mileage allowance in accordance with the state per diem schedule.

§ 2-1-62 DUTIES.
   The Board shall have jurisdiction over the planning, acquiring, establishment, development, construction, enlargement, improvement, maintenance, equipment, operation, regulation, protection and policing of all airports in the county. The Board shall provide the city with copies of its meetings and budget.
