§ 8-3-16 ENFORCEMENT AUTHORITY.
   It shall be the duty of the Police Chief to enforce the regulations of this chapter, and for the purpose of securing enforcement of them, the Police Chief, or any person duly authorized by him or her, shall have the right to enter upon the premises of any trailer or recreational vehicle court within the city, to inspect the court and all accommodations connected to it.
