§ 7-4-46 AVAILABILITY FEE.
   Users that have had their water shut off will be assessed the minimum set sewer rate and the minimum set sewer rate shall be applied to all premises, whether vacant or inhabited, if a sewer hook up is installed to the owner’s lots and not capped off.
