(A) Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall become liable to the city for any expense, loss or damage occasioned the city by reason of such violation.
(B) Any person violating any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and punishable by a fine of $500 for each day of occurrence and/or imprisonment of up to six months in jail for each violation.
