§ 7-4-26 MEASUREMENT AND TESTS.
   All measurements, tests and analysis of the characteristics of waters and wastes to which references are made in this chapter shall be determined in accordance with the latest edition of Standard Methods for the Examination of Water and Wastewater, published by the American Public Health Association. Sampling methods, locations, times, durations and frequencies are to be determined on an individual basis subject to approval by the PWD.
