§ 7-4-20 ILLEGAL USE OF SEWER SYSTEM.
   Any residential or business customer of the city water/wastewater system who shall willfully turn on the waterline or sewer line after the same shall have been shut off by or under the direction of the city for non-payment of sewer charges or who shall unlawfully make use of such sewer system shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
