§ 7-4-16 COST OF SEWER INSTALLATIONS.
   All costs and expenses incidental to the installation and connection of the building sewer from the building to the sewer mainline shall be borne by the property owner. All costs and expenses incidental to the installation and connection of the building sewer from the property line to the main sewer shall be borne by the property owner.
