§ 7-4-14 EMERGENCY SEWER SHUT-OFFS.
   In case of fire or other emergency, or in making needed repairs or extensions, or for any purpose deemed necessary by the PWD, the city shall have the right to shut off or interrupt sewer services without notice, and to keep it shut off as long as may be necessary.
