Application for city water to be used for any purpose shall be made to the PWD, upon the printed form supplied by the Department. This form shall be signed by the owner or duly authorized agent of the owner of the property. The owner or owners of property requiring a connection to the water mains of the city shall pay a water main connection fee as set forth in the table of fees in § 1-7-1 of this chapter.
