§ 7-2-9 DEPOSITING GARBAGE UPON THE STREETS.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to throw, scatter or otherwise place or have, or cause to be thrown, scattered or otherwise left, upon or along any street or other public place or upon any vacant or unoccupied lot or lots within the city any waste, paper, rubbish, refuse, debris or garbage of any kind.
