§ 155.13 CERTIFICATE/INSPECTIONS FOR MULTIPLE FAMILY UNITS.
   (A)   For the propose of this section, any existing structure containing more than two dwellings as defined in § 155.01 shall be deemed a multiple family unit(s).
   (B)   The owner, agent or person in charge of any existing multiple family unit(s) shall notify the village requesting an immediate inspection for the issuance of a certificate of occupancy by making application in accordance with the provisions of § 155.04 herein.
   (C)   The code official shall inspect the premises within three working days, or sooner, and issue a certificate of occupancy upon finding that the premises complies with the provisions of §§ 155.10(B), 155.11 and 155.12(B) herein.
   (D)   If the code official finds the premises to be in violation of any of the provisions of this code, the code official shall order the violations abated and withhold issuance of the certificate of occupancy until all violations recorded during the inspection are corrected.
   (E)   This section doses not apply to those dwelling unit(s) within a multiple family structure, as defined, for which there is no change in tenancy.
