505.14 DISPOSITION OF VICIOUS DOGS.

Any dog designated vicious according to the authority provided in Code Sections 505.12 or 505.13 shall be immediately surrendered to the Animal Control Officer of the City of Rocky River, who shall implement his own order or the order of court for destruction of said vicious dog.
