341.05 LOG BOOK; SAFETY EQUIPMENT.

No motor transportation company or private motor carrier shall operate any motor vehicle upon the roads, streets or highways of the Municipality, without carrying a log book and safety equipment and without complying with all other rules and regulations prescribed by the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio.
