505.28 COURT ORDER TO REMOVE OR DESTROY ANIMAL.
      In addition to any penalty provided herein, if the court determined that any animal, on one or more occasions has bitten or attacked any person or domestic animal without provocation, or if the court determined that the owner of the animal has habitually permitted such animal to run at large, or violated this chapter on one or more occasions, the court may, in order to protect the health, welfare, safety and property of the City's inhabitants, order that such animal be destroyed.
