The Rocky River Beautification Committee members shall have the following duties and responsibilities:
(a) Provide recommendations, expertise and/or assistance to the Mayor, Director of Public Safety-Service, Service Commissioner and Parks and Recreation Department as is necessary and appropriate.
(b) Assist with the identification of county, state, federal and/or private programs to support and enhance beautification projects in the City.
(c) Serve as a liaison for residents, schools, businesses, organizations and City government.
(d) Advocate a high standard of community cleanliness, maintenance and attractiveness.
(e) Encourage partnerships and participation of residents in improving the landscaping and appearance of the City.
