914.06 NPDES PERMIT LIMITS.

The Rocky River Wastewater Treatment Plant is operated under conditions set forth in its current NPDES permit issued by the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency. Required pretreatment of wastes will be in accordance with the NPDES permit conditions and Chapter 915, the Pretreatment Ordinance of Rocky River as amended.
