151.02 RETENTION OF CLASSIFIED SERVICE CLASSIFICATION.

Any employee who is promoted from a position in the classified service to a position in the unclassified service shall for a period of five (5) years retain his rights to the position in the classified service. (Ord. 8-75. Passed 2-24-75.)
