(a) Standards.
(1) No person shall construct, install, use or cause to be used any new incinerator unless such incinerator is of the multiple-chamber type or controlled-air type or of a type certified by the Director as complying with the emission standards and other requirements of this Chapter.
(2) No person shall use or cause to be used an existing incinerator unless such incinerator is of a multiple-chamber type or has a control apparatus, such as an afterburner or a roof settling chamber, that will result in compliance with the emission standards and other requirements of this Chapter.
(b) New Single Flue-Fed Incinerators Prohibited. No person shall construct, install, use or cause to be used any new single flue-fed incinerator.
