1370.06 FACILITIES AND DRAINAGE.

Every existing premises shall comply, or shall be brought into compliance within a reasonable time, with the applicable requirements of the Ohio Building Code and the International Residential Code as to disposal of sanitary waste, water supply, access and privacy, and grading and draining.
