1353.01 CONSTRUCTION TYPES.

No building shall be erected or moved onto a site in a business district as established in the Zoning Code unless the construction is Type 1, 2A, 2B, 3A, or 3B as established by the Ohio Building Code. (Ord. 139-02. Passed 9-23-02.)
