The powers and duties of Mackay Engineering and Surveying Company shall be as set forth by the Council's ordinance and/or contract accepting Mackay Engineering and Surveying Company as an independent contractor through the City's Request for Proposal process including, but not limited to, the duties set forth in the Codified Ordinances and any future amendments to the City's ordinances.
