(a) Subdivision filing fees shall be the cost of County recording plus twenty-five dollars ($25.00).
(b) A filing fee of $200.00 per meeting shall be paid for any application requiring review and action by the Planning Commission.
(c) A filing fee for application to the Board of Zoning and Building Appeals for review and action on a variance request shall be paid as follows:
(1) Commercial - $150.00 for the first variance request and $35.00 for each additional variance request.
(2) Residential - $100.00 for the first variance request and $35.00 for each additional variance request.
(3) Permit Protest - $150.00.
