1315.06 RESPONSIBILITY FOR ADMINISTRATION.

The City of Rocky River shall administer, implement, and enforce the provisions of this regulation. The City of Rocky River may contract with an expert (including but not limited to the Cuyahoga County Board of Health) to conduct inspections and monitoring and to assist with enforcement actions.
