(a) Rocky River Senior Center. The Rocky River Senior Services Department shall be located at the Rocky River Senior Center, which facility shall be under the direction of the Senior Services Director, for the exclusive use of providing social, educational, recreational and human services to the senior population of Rocky River as an enhancement to the quality of life for the senior community.
(b) The Rocky River Senior Center's Usage:
(1) Usage shall be limited to those individuals, groups and organizations who serve the adult senior populations of Rocky River and whose purpose is consistent with the Rocky River Senior Center’s mission statement which states: “The mission of the Rocky River Senior Center is to positively impact our community by creating opportunities for healthy aging through social engagement, physical well-being, civic involvement, creativity and lifelong learning.
(2) Any group granted permission to use the facility must sign a release which waives any right to claims against the center and the City of Rocky River, and which further agrees to indemnify the center for any damages and/or liabilities.
