The City shall pay any costs incurred by a Municipal or private medical facility in conducting a medical examination of a victim of an offense under Ohio R.C. Sections 2907.02 rape; 2907.03 sexual battery; 2907.04 corruption of a minor; 2907.05 gross sexual imposition; 2907.06 sexual imposition; or any similar City ordinance section in Chapter 533 of the Codified Ordinances; for the purpose of gathering physical evidence for a possible prosecution, all as set forth in Ohio R.C. Section 2907.28.
