(a) Groups are limited to 50 persons.
(b) Residents may reserve dates for the ensuing year after January 1. Non-residents may reserve dates two weeks in advance.
(c) The rental fee must be paid upon receipt of the reservation form.
(d) The rental fee is based on use of the facility for the entire day on Saturday and Sunday or for weekday evenings after 5:00 p.m., Memorial Day through Labor Day.
(e) Rentals may be made no later than noon on the last business day prior to the rental.
(f) If a function is cancelled with less than 48 hours notice, the rental fee is not refundable. Refunds are subject to a $5.00 processing fee.
(g) The individual or group renting the facility is responsible for disposal of trash into trash cans.
(h) The individual or group renting the facility is responsible for the cost of repairs for damage to the facility beyond normal wear and tear.
(i) Groups aged 18 or younger must be accompanied by chaperones at a suggested ratio of one adult to fifteen minors.
(j) Rental is limited to the facility; the remainder of the park area is open to the public.
(k) Violation of any of the above rules may cause denial of future requests for rental.
