“Resident” as used in this Section means a group of which fifty percent (50%) or more of all members are residents of the City of Rocky River. “Non-Resident” means a group with a majority of members residing outside of Rocky River. The following fees shall be charged for use of the Pavilion or Gazebo.

(f) Reservations will only be booked from March 1 - October 31 annually.
(g) Residents may begin booking on January 2 of each calendar year.
(h) Non-Residents may book no sooner than thirty (30) days prior to their event date.
(i) Failure to abide by the rules established for the use of any park space may result in loss of future rental privileges as determined by the Director of Recreation.
