“Resident" as used in this Section means a group of which fifty percent (50%) or more of all members are residents of the City of Rocky River. "Non Resident" means a group with a majority of members residing outside of Rocky River. The following fees shall be charged for use of the Elmwood Park Cabin:

(f) Residents may begin booking one year from the month of their event.
(g) Non-Residents may begin booking no sooner than six months from their event date.
(h) In recognition of reciprocal use of school facilities, fee will be waived for select Rocky River Board of Education school-sponsored activities (i.e. clubs, athletic teams), subject to approval by Director of Recreation.
(i) Failure to abide by the rules established for the use of any park space may result in loss of future rental privileges as determined by the Director of Recreation.
