(a) For regular scheduled high school hockey games, the City shall collect an admission from all spectators according to the schedule in Section 953.02(j). The gate receipts collected at these times shall be considered as compensation for all ice time for the Rocky River High School Team.
(b) Gym classes from any or all Rocky River schools may use the Rocky River Recreation Center at no charge provided that:
(1) Open time is available.
(2) The school furnishes proper supervision.
(3) Time will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis.
