The fee and deposit for the issuance of a decorative permit shall be as set forth in Section 1321.05 of the Codified Ordinances. The deposit shall be used to cover the cost of any work performed by the City that may become necessary for the maintenance or removal of such device to the full satisfaction of the Director of Public Safety-Service. The balance of such deposit, after such work has been completed, shall be refunded upon application by the permittee.
