The fee and deposit for the issuance of an obstruction permit shall be as set forth in Section 1321.05 of the Codified Ordinances. The deposit shall be used to cover the cost of any City work necessary in the removal of obstructions. The balance of the deposit not used for such purposes shall be refunded when all conditions are restored to the satisfaction of the Director of Public Safety-Service. (Ord. 38-76. Passed 6-14-76.)
