907.03 SIDEWALK REMOVAL OR PROTECTION.

All sidewalks shall be maintained at all times so as to permit the free passage of pedestrians. If sidewalks are removed temporarily, the space shall be filled in with slag and kept clean and flush with the surface of adjoining sidewalks at all times.
