905.05 DENIAL OF DRIVEWAY PERMIT; APPEALS.

The applicant for a driveway installation permit shall have the right to appeal to the Board of Zoning and Building Appeals any refusal of a permit. (Ord. No. 96-84. Passed 2-11-85).
