All driveway aprons which are hereafter constructed from the street line to the sidewalk line shall be of concrete and shall be not less than a minimum of six (6) inches thick, reinforced with 6x6x10/10 welded wire fabric. Aprons at driveway openings should be eight (8) inches thick with one (1) layer of 6 x 6 x #10 welded wire fabric reinforcing at all properties not classified as a single-family and two-family dwellings. Private driveways shall be concrete and a minimum of not less than four (4) inches thick; reinforcing shall be 6 x 6 x #10 welded wire fabric reinforcing. Driveways shall not be less than three (3) feet (.91m) from the side lot line or from another driveway. As further described in Section 1111.09 of the Codified Ordinances.
