All sidewalks hereafter constructed shall require a six (6) inch base of crushed, clean gravel one (1) to one and one-half (1.5) inches in size, comparable in size to #57 limestone. With the exception of sidewalks at driveway openings. Concrete within sidewalks shall be not less than four (4) inches thick and non-reinforced except at driveway crossings where the slab shall be six (6) inches thick with one (1) layer of 6x6x#10 welded wire fabric reinforcing. The width of any new sidewalk shall be not less than five (5) feet.
